You may want to pass on that piece of bacon the next time you have breakfast.

Processed meats like bacon or sausage are linked to pancreatic cancer.

According to a study in the British Journal of Cancer, eating one sausage a day could increase a person's risk by 19 percent.

An extra 3.5 ounces increases the risk by 38 percent.

Swedish scientists analyzed data from 11 trials and more than 6,500 patients with pancreatic cancer.
