George Wedow, 32, and Lisa Daube, 29, were arrested at their home.
The LaPorte County Sheriff's Office said investigators found 12 dogs, dog fighting equipment and about 70 pounds of marijuana.
Police said they found another 19 dogs at a second location.
Wedow faces federal charges.
Daube is charged in county court with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
