The Hungry Hound was joined by Amanda Rockman in the ABC7 kitchen Friday morning. She is one of Chicago's top pastry chefs and will be participating in that big event next week.
A big part of the evening is the Jean Banchet Awards, named for the pioneering French chef from Wheeling's Le Francais.
Rockman, from The Bristol, is nominated for pastry chef of the year. She joined the Hungry Hound for a preview of what to expect next Friday.
