Survey: Half of Americans spend $1K on coffee every year

While a weak economy has driven consumers to cut back, it appears many are still indulging on the little things like coffee.

According to a new survey by Braun Research, half of all American workers buy coffee regularly during work hours and they spend more than $20 a week on java. That comes out to $1,000.
