Danielle Mcclinton, 17, is charged as an adult with aggravated battery to a police officer.
Police say the female officer was trying to get CcClinton and several other students to stop fighting Thursday in the lunch room at Al Raby High School. When the officer tried to stop McClinton, she allegedly bit the officer three times.
The officer is not seriously hurt.
Three other teens were charged as juveniles with a misdemeanor count of mob action, police said.
