In announcing the decision, Chief Justice Kilbride said, "This is another step to bring more transparency and more accountability to the Illinois court system."
Jennifer Fuller, president of the Illinois News Broadcasters Association reacted, saying, "We are very excited about working with the court to show we aren't talking about a huge intrusion in the process."
