Chicago public libraries announce Monday schedule

Chicago's public libraries will be open for four hours on Monday afternoons starting next week.

Library hours will be 2 until 6 p.m. on Mondays whenever Chicago Public Schools are in session. They will be open for eight hours on Mondays during spring and summer vacations, but will be shut for city holidays including February 13th and 20th.

The Harold Washington, Sulzer and Woodson regional libraries will remain open seven days a week.
