Cooking for Valentine's Day

A lot of people plan to go out to eat on Valentine's Day, but some would prefer to save money, stay in and cook.

Seafood is the way to go. One of the important things to be aware of when buying seafood is, is it sustainably caught? And Carl Galvin is the sustainable fisheries expert from Supreme Lobster in Villa Park.

Joining him is Andrew Zimmerman, the chef at Sepia, in West Town, to give us some suggestions for preparing sustainably caught seafood.
