Children getting less sleep

Scientists say that's according to a review of a century's worth of expert advice on sleep studies and concerns.

They add that the problem is no one really knows what the best amount of sleep is because there isn't any good science on which to base recommendations.

They say children are sleeping less by about 1.25 hours over the last 100 years, but they say it's really not clear whether children are missing that additional slumber. The study is in Pediatrics.
