Investigators say the home of 55-year-old Gene Petro and Avery Cutts is equipped with a ventilation system, lights and heaters. Each was charged with one count of cannabis production.
Inside the house in the 5000-block of West Balmoral police say they found 71 cannabis plants.
Investigators also say they found $7,000 in cash. The total street value of the drugs found is estimated to be around $163,000.
