Ingredients:
5 French Breakfast Radishes
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (save the juiced lemon)
Salt, To Taste
Directions:
1. On a mandoline, slice radishes thinly lengthwise; hold in ice water
2. Right before plating: drain radishes and pat dry
3. In a small mixing bowl, toss radishes with lemon juice and salt
4. Place over the top of the gnocchi
