Study confirms that women stress too much

March 7, 2012 (CHICAGO)

The pressures of work, family and trying to do too much can ruin your health.

Many women are accustomed to life at warp speed. However, stress, fatigue and weight gain, especially belly fat, can be life-threatening symptoms of a serious cortisol disorder.

Constant stress sends the potent hormone through women's systems at all hours creating fat, making too much sugar and sending it to the wrong places.

One new study found that women are more susceptible than men, but the solutions are straight forward.

Get enough sleep, exercise regularly and participate in daily activities to de-stress such as yoga, meditation or an hour with a good book.
