A new study of working women suggests those who experience burnout on the job are more likely to engage in emotionally and uncontrollably eating. Researchers say failure to deal with stress can hurt a worker's self esteem and effectiveness, and undermine their own efforts to maintain a healthy weight.
The study was conducted by the American Journal of clinical nutrition.
