Elizabeth Perry, 21, is charged with armed robbery, burglary and kidnapping.
Police said Perry and two accomplices picked up the 21-year-old victim at his home in West Rogers Park on March 4.
They allegedly held him at gunpoint in the vehicle for several hours, burned him with cigarettes and used his keys to steal items from his home.
They also told him to make calls to raise $5,000 but he failed to get the money and was eventually released.
