It's been nearly two months now since someone has won the Mega Millions multi-state lottery jackpot.
The jackpot for Tuesday night's drawing was $241 million.
The closest anyone in Illinois came to winning the grand prize was the one player who bought their ticket at J & K Liquors, 1930 W. Chase in the West Rogers Park neighborhood. That player matched the first five numbers and will receive $250,000.
Another 16 Illinois players matched four of five numbers and the Mega Ball, and they will each collect $10,000.
