Glitches remain on United website after merge

More than three weeks after United's computer system merged with Continental's, glitches remain. Passengers say they are still having trouble getting an agent on the phone for ticketing and other issues. United says it's working on the problems.

The airline says its added call center workers and many are working overtime. The automated phone system is apparently working well unless you need to reach an agent.
