George Botica, 56, had 73 marijuana plants as well as guns and ammunition in his trailer, police said.
Authorities went to the home following a citizen's complaint about possible illegal drug activity.
The plants were at varying stages of growth and had an estimated street value of $35,000.
Botica was arrested and charged with cannabis production and criminal fortification of a residence.
He is being held on $100,000.
