Top 5 Most 'Green' Cities

Travel and Leisure magazine rated 35 metropolitan areas based on everything from cleanliness to public parks. Portland had 288 parks and a fourth of the city is shaded by tree canopy. Rounding out the top five:  Savannah, Ga. came in second place followed by Minneapolis-St. Paul, Denver, and Chicago was rated fifth.
