WCL: Chicago's Chili Cook-Off Kick-Off With Mark Decarlo

Chefs from some of Chicago's top restaurants will be paired with Chicago firehouses to heat things up in the 16th Annual Chili Cook-off competition. Mark DeCarlo travels to the Engine 4 firehouse to get a taste of what's to come later tonight from Chef Bill Kim and Chef Sean Tehrani, last year's winner!
