Hotel, spa make 'Hot List'

The annual issue picks the best new hotels and resorts, spas and restaurants in the world.

"Public" is a renovated hotel at the site of the old Ambassador East Hotel on N. State Parkway in Chicago's Gold Coast Neighborhood. It is also the home of a renovated version of the famed "Pump Room."

"No Mi" spa in the Park Hyatt Chicago hotel is rated among the best new spas by Conde Nast Traveler.

The magazine did not list any restaurants in the city. The Hot List 2012 will be available on April 24th.
