The Chicago Latino Film Festival (chicagolatinofilmfestival.org) is produced every April by the non-profit "International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago," and it features close to 140 features and short-length films from all of Latin America, Brazil, Spain and Portugal.
ABC7 welcomed several people from the festival in our ABC7 studio. Maria Lopez, Film Selection Committee; Pedro Melis, producer of "Enough!/ Basta!;" Leo Flores, producer/ director of "Human;" and Yunuen Pardo, actress in "Human," all joined us to talk about the films and the festival's significance.
