The average U.S. price of a gallon of gasoline has dropped a nickel over the past two weeks, but the Chicago-area isn't feeling that relief at the pump.

According to the Lundberg Survey of Fuel Prices, the nationwide average for the price of a gallon of regular is $3.91.

It's the first decline in the U.S. average since December.

Of the cities surveyed, Tulsa, Okla., has the nation's lowest average price for gas at $3.52.

Chicago has the highest at $4.26.
