Eating berries might boost brain power

Study participants who ate the most blueberries and strawberries had a slower rate of developing memory problems.

It didn't take a huge amount to see the benefits, only about 2 half cup servings per week, but the study could not prove if berries protected the women's' brains directly.

Those who ate berries also got more exercise and had higher incomes, which are factors in having better health.
