Analise Garner of northwest suburban Lake in the Hills was charged with animal cruelty, two counts of domestic battery and underage drinking.
In addition to allegedly biting her mother, Garner is accused of biting the family's 80-pound English bulldog.
The marks were visible on the body of the animal.
Garner was treated for a bite mark after the dog bit her once in the left arm.
