Craft Beer Week 2012 (May 17-27) invites beer lovers to explore some of Chicago's many neighborhoods via great beer venues. Establishments in 9 city neighborhoods have events going on during the promotion. The festivities coincide with the Congressionally sanctioned American Craft Beer Week–which is organized by the Brewers Association/CraftBeer.com and has casual beer drinkers and enthusiasts across the country raising their glasses to celebrate the craft brewers. Davin Bartosch, brewer for Rock Bottom Brewery and a member of the Illinois Brewers Association has some examples of great food pairing with select craft beers.
