At the parade on Saturday, May 26, the grand marshal is CIA Director David Petreaus. He'll lead the parade with Mayor Rahm Emanuel. This year's parade honors especially all post-9/11 veterans. Logan Award: The recipient is identified as an outstanding individual whose "patriotism, leadership and selfless devotion to the men and women of America's Armed Forces and the City of Chicago who go above and beyond their civilian or non-civilian duties."
