An agent based in Maryland contacted Dennis Houston, 43, over a peer-to-peer file-sharing network and requested access to files Houston had, the FBI said. A news release says Houston gave the agent the password to the files, and the agent found what the FBI believes to be 20 images and one video containing child porn.
On Thursday, agents searched Houston's Sugar Grove home and found a laptop they say contains about 1,300 illegal images.
Houston is being held without bond until his next court appearance Tuesday.
