Mastro's sell 100,000+ steaks a year at their Chicago location alone! They Feature Live music 7 nights a week with an incredible vocalist who sings everything from modern day Beyonce to old school Frank Sinatra. They recently added 6 sushi dishes to their menu that were developed exclusively for Mastro's Steakhouse by internationally acclaimed chef, Angel Carbajal of the award-winning Nick-San Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

16 oz mashed potatoes
one 1 1/4 pound live main lobster
1 oz water
2 oz whole salted butter
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
1 Tablespoon charred scallions

Start with 16 oz of Mashed Potatoes. Deshell 1 1/4 pound main lobster (Best if you get live lobsters and cook them yourselves.) Chop up the lobster and put it in the saute pan. Add 1 oz water. Add 2 oz whole salted butter. Add 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning (you can buy this as any local grocery store). Add 1 Tablespoon charred scallions (we recommend taking scallions and putting them under the broiler to char them, it really adds to the flavor.) Mix everything together.
