Siovaughn Funches-Wade will no longer be allowed to visit with her children in Chicago. She can only visit them in Miami.
During Tuesday's hearing, Funches-Wade invoked the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination. She was arrested earlier this month and charged with child abduction for failing to return the couple's 10 and 5-year-old sons over the Father's Day weekend.
The couple divorced in 2010, and Wade was awarded sole custody of the boys in March 2011.
