Klein welcomed Max Sidorov into her Greece, New York, home Tuesday night.
Sidorov, who is from Toronto, said he was bullied once, too, so he was able to identify with the humiliation Klein, a grandmother of eight, suffered.
Klein has become a public symbol as a victim of abusive bullying after several junior high school were heard and seen taunting and poking her after posting video of their exploits on YouTube.
Most of the kids have since apologized, and many have now found themselves on the receiving end of abuse and threats of bodily harm.
While Klein said she would not press criminal charges against the four boys involved, the school board in Greece is considering suspending them for a year.
