Heart patients making errors in medication

According to new research, half of all heart patients make at least one drug error after leaving the hospital.

Those include missing doses or taking the incorrect amount of medication.

This latest study in the Annals of Internal Medicine finds the problem is more widespread than previously thought.

Most of the errors were mild but experts say a good amount had the potential to cause harm if left uncorrected.
