Watermelon Salad with Fresh Basil

½ cup fresh orange juice plus 1 teaspoon zest
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon of balsamic glaze
4 cups watermelon cut into bite size pieces
½ cup Jicama
½ cup torn fresh basil
3 ounces feta cheese crumbled
6 ounces of walnuts

Method:
In a small bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, lime juice, balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk for couple minute. Add fresh basil to the mix and adjust seasonings. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, walnuts, jicama, and feta cheese. Pour the dressing over and toss until everything is coated. Serve and garnish with more basil.
