FDA approves two new diet drugs

The first such medications to gain approval in 13-years, but what does this really mean for the U.S. obesity epidemic?

Health professionals say they are not a magic bullet. The drugs are Qysmia and Belviq.

Regulators say no weight loss medication should be used without also making lifestyle changes to facilitate weight-loss.

There is concern that too many people will get these pills when they simply need to make dietary modifications and not look for some magic solutions.

The drugs Belviq may cause serious side effects.
