During this heat wave, we're all looking for ways to stay cool. So how about a refreshing milkshake?

The only thing is - they can pack a punch in terms of calories. But you can make your own healthier version yourself! Craig Bernstein with the Standard Market in Westmont ( came into our ABC7 studio to show us how to do that.

3.5 oz Standard Market fresh-squeeze ABC (Apple, Beet, Carrot & Celery) Juice

Espresso Milkshake

Vanilla frozen yogurt as above
Mix-in 2 oz shot of Intelligentsia Black Cat Analog Espresso
