Chicago Chef Julius Russell and his team from "A Tale of Two Chefs" are opening their first "pop-up" restaurant to prepare nearly a dozen courses of globally focused, yet locally sourced dishes. A "pop-up" restaurant is when a chef goes into an existing restaurant space and transforms it into a new space. In addition to a lineup of 12 courses, there will be wine pairings for each dish.
