The man, whose last name is Yi, creates cuts in fruits and vegetables such as cucumbers and watermelons.
Then, from a distance, he flings playing cards at the food- slashing right through the skin of his edible subjects.
Yi says his speed and thrust are key to slicing the fruits and vegetables.
In his best performance, Yi said he cut a row of 12 cucumbers in 47 seconds.
Yi's goal is break a Guinness World Record by cutting 18 cucumbers in one minute.
