Farmers Market recipes from Socca Chicago chef

The easiest way to prepare a fresh, seasonal dinner is to stop by one of the many local farmers markets now under way through November.

Right now among the fresh produce you'll find from Midwest farms include apples, beans, bell peppers, broccoli, corn, cucumbers, peaches, summer squash and tomatoes. Chef Roger Herring from Socca Restaurant stopped by a local farmers market and picked up some fresh ingredients for a special dinner.
