September 20, 2012 (CHICAGO) --35 Churches in Chicago and the suburbs are joining forces this weekend in the name of health. Experts will be on hand for the 3rd Annual First Ladies Health Day, to provide free screenings for several ailments and illnesses including HIV, high blood pressure, Hepatitis C, breast cancer, diabetes and other illnesses that disproportionately impact the African American community. Mayor Rahm Emanuel has proclaimed Sunday, September 23rd "First Ladies Health Day" in Chicago.
