Got high blood pressure? Get some sleep

September 21, 2012

A study from the American Heart Association finds poor sleep quality can hurt the effectiveness of high blood pressure drugs. Authors conclude those with high blood pressure are more likely to have sleep problems and insomnia is associated with that stubborn resistant hypertension.
