Tommie Harris, ex-Bears DT, arrested in Wrigleyville

Harris was arrested just before midnight in the 1000-block of W. Eddy. He was charged with indecent exposure, urinating in public and simple assault for threatening an officer.

Police say he posted bond and was released.

Harris was a three-time Pro Bowler from 2005-2007 for the Bears starting 90 of 104 career games played over the course of seven seasons. He had 286 tackles, 28.5 sacks, 38 tackles for losses, six forced fumbles, seven fumble recoveries and one interception for Chicago and earned the team's 2007 Ed Block Courage Award and 2004 Brian Piccolo Award.

He was let go in 2011 with linebacker Hunter Hillenmeyer and offensive lineman Kevin Shaffer.
