It's the Police Interceptor.
The car is made in Chicago.
A Ford spokesperson says the automaker has received orders for the Interceptor from police departments in the Chicago area, across the country and around the world.
Some of the features were the result of input from police officers.
There was a demonstration of the car and its features Tuesday at US Cellular Field.
