Brothers charged with robbing man's iPhone at gunpoint in Bucktown

October 8, 2012 (CHICAGO)

Police say Dion Rutledge approached the victim while his brother Delshun Rutledge held him at gunpoint.

It happened on Friday evening in the 1700-block of West North Avenue.

One man held the victim at gunpoint while the other rummaged through his pockets, taking his phone, cash and wallet before getting away.

The victim told police he was able to track his phone to a nearby store.

When police entered the store the victim identified Dion as his attacker. His brother was tracked down a short time later.
