Thirty-two-year-old Linda Barr Fellenbaum went missing when she ran barefoot out of her boyfriend's home on October 21.
Authorities met family and friends to search for her at the Mistwood Golf Course in Romeoville Sunday morning.
Her family says that they don't know why she ran off.
"For her not to be in contact with them, for her not to be able to take her son to school, for her not to be able to be in touch with her daughter or her son, that is completely out of character for her," said Fellenbaum's sister, Sarah Ogeto.
Fellenbaum had texted the father of one of her children about an hour before she disappeared, but hasn't been in contact with anyone since.
