Both men were arrested. Police say David Lu got home from a bar and started fighting with his roommate, David Chang of Naperville. At some point, shots were fired at Lu, who ran away.
The SWAT team was called and a police robot found Chang asleep inside the apartment. Chang is charged with unlawful use of a weapon.
Lu was arrested and charged for ripping the flooring and seats of a police squad car.
