Christopher Vaughn could be facing life in prison. He was convicted after less than an hour of jury deliberations in September.
Vaughn's wife and three children were found dead in the family's SUV in 2007.
Prosecutors argued Christopher Vaughn shot his wife and children – ages12, 11 and 8 -- before turning the gun on himself.
Vaughn told police he was shot by his wife.
