Woman falls on Brown Line tracks

December 6, 2012 (CHICAGO)

An off-duty Guardian Angel contacted CTA personnel and dialed 911 after the woman fell in front of the stopped train, which was picking up passengers. The Guardian Angel, Keunthi Davis, also stayed with the victim until paramedics arrived. She suffered a cut to her head and was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital.

Davis was also one of the four Guardian Angels who was stabbed May 15 on the CTA Red Line while stopping a pistol-whipping iPhone robbery of a passenger.

The fall at Diversey came the day before a man in New York was killed after being pushed onto the subway tracks at Times Square as a train approached.
