Former lead counsel Joel Brodsky is now accusing his co-counsel of suffering from a mental illness.
In a court filing Monday, Brodsky also accused Steve Greenberg of having an intimate relationship with a cable television reporter.
Brodsky's filing was in response to one filed last week by Greenberg. He claims Peterson's murder conviction should be overturned because Brodsky committed a series of ethical violations during Peterson's trial.
