The former congressman is under federal investigation. Sources say the truck is bringing archives and other items from Jesse Jackson's Washington D.C. office to the couple's Chicago home.
He resigned after being re-elected to his congressional seat in November, and is being treated for bipolar disorder. Sandi Jackson resigned earlier in January, saying she needed to focus on her husband.
"I guess what upsets me is that there's just no information," Susan Motley, Jackson's neighbor, said. "I hope Jesse is fine. Mental illness is difficult for any family to deal with. But I need an alderman. I need an alderman that we can trust."
The South Side office the Jacksons shared in Chicago is still open. Staffers for Chicago's 7th Ward and the 2nd Congressional district said they are still working for the people.
