It has been revealed that Urooj Khan changed his financial plans just weeks before his death.
Khan died of cyanide poisoning in July 2012 after learning he won a $1,000,000 lottery jackpot.
His lawyer says Khan had previously signed a deal with his business partner to make sure his share of several dry cleaning stores went to his wife if he died.
"As far as I'm concerned, it was my clients wishes, attorney Al-Haroon Husain said. "I don't believe he thought he'd pass away so soon thereafter but that's what his wishes were."
Khan's heirs are fighting over his estate while the investigation into his death goes on.
