Brain exercises may help ADHD, doc says

New research suggests that the number of ADHD diagnoses has increased by nearly 25 percent in the last decade. While medication is the most common method for masking the symptoms, many parents are seeking alternative options.

There are many exercises that parents can have their children practice at home to help develop their brain. Dr. Jeremy Fritz, Director of Brain Balance Achievement Centers of Chicago, explain some of the exercises.
